I don't care if I am not following a program to the letter T. I care about how I feel when I am done with a 'work out' or an activity. I do things that are funny, and don't really make sense, but it makes me feel good. I do my ab workout in bed with weighted plates, I do pushups in the kitchen while I am cooking, I do my glutes on the stairs.. etc. Do what makes you feel good, and you can cheat all day long. Have fun and still get your workout too!
